Tilted Women Festival: Play, intimacy and relationships workshop

Play, intimacy and relationships with Dr Alix Dixon
Saturday 8th March 2.40 – 3.40pm
As we age, our opportunities for play and creative fun diminish as social expectations of us change. However, psychological research continually reinforces the benefits of play across the lifespan. One way we can explore these parts of ourselves is within sex and intimate relationships.
This discussion will focus on the different ways play can be incorporated into our intimate lives and the benefits of this. This is hoped to be a space for laughter, fun, compassion and hopefully a little freedom as we explore the topic of play and sex.
