Spark Up

Spark Up is an unforgettable experience that brings people together through entertaining and interactive activities guaranteed to spark up conversations, laughter and bonding in unexpected ways. You might find yourself guessing someone’s question from their answer, demonstrating how you’d like to be immortalised as a statue or getting swept up in a rock, paper, scissors tournament!

Led by Molly Potter, the event creates a welcoming space which does its best to ensure everyone is comfortable engaging, thanks to ground rules rooted in respect and emotional safety- so come solo or bring a friend!

I was initially nervous about going to Spark Up but went along with a friend and had a fantastic time. It was fun and full of laughter, totally non-threatening and felt safe, all down to the excellent facilitation by Molly. It seemed very well prepared and thought out and everyone was constantly active and involved. I’m looking forward to doing it again and I’d encourage anyone to come along. It still makes me laugh when I think about it!
