We want everyone who comes to Norwich Arts Centre to have a great time. We want you to relax, listen to the music, enjoy time with friends, meet nice new people and feel part of our community.

Arriving at the Venue
The venue opens at 7pm for our evening events.
Please have your order ID reference number or ticket QR code ready to show at the box office when you arrive for the show. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the venue.
Take advantage of a 10% drinks discount between 7pm – 7.30pm in our Adnams Mission Hall Bar, which offers a wide range of high-quality alcoholic and soft drinks, teas and coffees.

Seating / Standing
We host a mixture of standing and seated events, this information will be on your ticket.
Seated events operate on a first-come-first-served basis. When a seated event sells out standing tickets will be added at the same price.
Please book early and arrive early to avoid disappointment. Auditorium doors open 15 minutes prior to the advertised start time, however you are welcome to enjoy a pre-show drink in our bar.
Please note that late seated customers will not be guaranteed a seat and they may be offered to standing customers.
Age Restrictions
Some of our events may have specific age guidance which will be advertised on the event page of our website. Otherwise under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under 3 years may attend family events for free if no seat is required
Cloakroom
We aim to operate a cloakroom for busy and weekend events during the Winter months. A hanger costs £2 and can accommodate two items.
Lost Property
If you think you may have left an item at the venue then please get in touch with details of the date you attended the venue and a description of the missing item.
If the lost item is found, we will arrange a time with you to collect it in person.
Toilets
We have two gender neutral toilets, a fully accessible toilet and a men’s toilet along the corridor leading to the bar on the ground floor. The women’s toilets are situated upstairs.
Smoking and E-cigarettes
Smoking and electronic cigarettes or other similar devices are not permitted inside the venue.
