POET’S PALACE – NORWICH
Sunday 30th November, 7PM–9.30/10PM

Poet’s Palace returns to Norwich Arts Centre for another evening of stunning spoken word, live music, and open mic magic. We’re back discovering new poetic talent and inviting new wonderful audiences to celebrate words, rhythm, and community in Norwich.

Hosted by local poet extraordinaire Rhian Brooke, and accompanied by the melodic guitar and vocal improvisations of Kimberley Moore, this night will be one to remember.

✨ HEADLINERS

BRADLEY TAYLOR
Bradley Taylor is an award-winning poet born and based in Birmingham. In 2024, he won the Roundhouse Poetry Slam — the biggest poetry slam in history — before releasing his debut collection You Missed The Best Part and embarking on a nationwide tour in 2025.

Bradley has performed at Hay Festival, Cheltenham Literature Festival, The Inspirational Youth Awards, and appeared on BBC News and BBC Radio 6 Music as part of Craig Charles’ Class of 2024, where Charles described him as “a brand new voice and a fresh perspective on the art of poetry and performance.”

When he isn’t performing, Bradley takes his typewriter to parks, bookshops, museums and festivals across the country to write Poetry on Demand for strangers. He also runs writing and performance workshops, including those with the National Trust.

His work has been featured in Gutter Magazine, Shooter, Strix, and across Birmingham train stations as part of Birmingham Hippodrome’s collaboration with photographer Paul Stringer’s project The City That Spoke To Me. He also co-hosts The Big Gay Poetry Night alongside M. L. Walsh.

In 2025, his performance at the Roundhouse was nominated for the Sky Arts Award for Poetry.
Bradley writes for, and about, people.

FAITH MOYOSORE
Faith Moyosore is a writer, performer, and cultural producer whose work uses poetry as a tool for healing, advocacy, and connection. She leads community initiatives supporting young people, marginalised groups, and anyone facing personal or social challenges — creating safe spaces for expression, reflection, and impact.

A Chevening Scholar, Arts Council England Global Talent, and British Council Culture & Creativity National Award winner, Faith runs AFM Stories, a platform that connects underrepresented individuals to creative and professional opportunities.

Her debut album, Blue Hour Notes, blends storytelling, music, and drama, creating a sonic landscape of empathy and power that resonates deeply with audiences.

🎙️ OPEN MIC
There will be six open mic slots, one of which will be a wild card pick on the night.
The audience will vote for their favourite open mic performer — and the winner will go on to feature at our next Norwich event!
