We believe that hosting artists and performers with unresolved accusations of violent, abusive, or intimidating behaviour could undermine our safety policy.

We refrain from engaging in discussions about the validity of accusations or events that occurred outside the venue, as this could potentially complicate legal
proceedings.

We recognise that the resolution criteria may differ depending on the specific accusation or incident, and we will evaluate them on a case-by-case basis.

We regularly review and adjust this policy to stay responsive to our evolving environment.
