SEATING / STANDING
All events listed on our website and in our brochure are standing unless indicated otherwise, and therefore no seating will be available in the auditorium.
Seated events operate on a first-come-first-served basis. When a seated event sells out standing tickets will be added at the same price.
Please book early and arrive early to avoid disappointment. Auditorium doors usually open 15 minutes prior to the advertised start time, however you are welcome to enjoy a pre-show drink in the Café Bar beforehand.
The auditorium, darkrooms and multi-media department are easily accessible. The café bar and gallery is accessible and there are disabled toilet facilities, although we regret that half the exhibition space is not accessible to people in wheelchairs. The auditorium has an Induction Loop. Norwich Arts Centre has baby changing facilities. Please call us if you wish to discuss any other access requirements.
All information on this site is updated as regularly as possible. However, please note that there may be times (e.g. over weekends, bank holidays or when the server is down for maintenance) that we may be unable to update the website with the latest event information.
Please contact the Box Office on 01603 660352 if you require the latest information on any event, especially if you are travelling from afar or in adverse weather conditions. There may be times when acts/bands cancel at the last minute or support acts change immediately prior to the show’s commencement, and when we might not be able to contact all ticket purchasers individually.
Norwich Arts Centre does not give refunds unless an event is cancelled.
