The venue and box office open at 7.30pm for evening events.

For online bookings you won’t get a physical ticket, instead you will receive a confirmation email with a booking reference ID – please quote the reference ID on the doors at the event. We like to think green here at NAC so please write down your number or show us on your phone rather than printing your e-mail. Think before you ink.

Card bookings made by phone will be held for collection on production of the payment card. Tickets can be collected from the front desk between the above stated hours or on the night of the event.
Outside events, such as festivals, on sale at NAC will be subject to different admin fees and you will be advised on this when purchasing tickets.
Electron cards are not accepted over the phone.

BOOKING ADMIN FEES
Admin fees are charged on all payment types, cash, card and online. This is to cover essential admin costs associated with running our Box Office – including bank charges, staffing, our ticketing system and building overheads. They also enable us to keep our ticket prices as low as we can for you. Please not these fees are non-refundable.
- £1.00 (per ticket) for face values up to £9.99
- £1.50 (per ticket) for face values £10.00 – £14.99
- £2.00 (per ticket) for face values £15.00 – £19.99
- £2.50 (per ticket) for face values above £20.00
Concessions are indicated where available. We offer concessions to children under the age of 16, adults aged 60 or over, students in full-time education, Go For Less card holders, those on Income Support, registered disabled and under 25’s. Proof of status must be shown when booking or collecting tickets.
Wheelchair users and visually impaired customers are entitled to one complimentary ticket for an escort.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under 3 years may attend family events for free if no seat is required.
Book 10 tickets for one show and receive 1 Complimentary ticket free. Offered on theatre, performance and comedy shows only. Subject to availability.
Norwich Arts Centre regrets that it is unable to refund tickets unless the performance is postponed or cancelled. Please note booking fees are non-refundable.
PAY WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD (PWYCA)
To book PWYC tickets click on the BUY TICKETS button on the show page and choose from the list of payment options. Prices range from £4 to £12.SEATING / STANDING
All events listed in our brochure are standing unless indicated otherwise, and therefore no seating will be available in the auditorium.
Seated events operate on a first-come-first-served basis. When a seated event sells out standing tickets will be added at the same price.
Please book early and arrive early to avoid disappointment. Auditorium doors open 15 minutes prior to the advertised start time, however you are welcome to enjoy a pre-show drink from 7pm/7.30pm in the Bar.
Please note that late seated customers will not be guaranteed a seat and they may be offered to standing customers.

People with access needs are entitled to one complimentary ticket for a personal assistant.
NAC’s entrance has no steps, the door has a push pad entry system. The auditorium has ramps down to the main space, as well as a viewing platform behind the sound desk. The darkroom has a wheelchair lift and the bar is fully accessible. The auditorium has an Induction Loop.
There are accessible toilets on the ground floor, close to both the auditorium and bar. There are grab rails and baby changing facilities.

Unfortunately, NAC doesn’t have any parking however there is on street parking outside the venue and blue badge on street parking opposite Harper & Rose Antiques (on St. Benedict Street). If these are full, there are 5 blue badge parking spaces at Barn Road car park (St Swithins Road, NR2 4SZ), which is less than 5 minute walk away. Click here to see blue badge parking bays in Norwich
The closest bus stop to NAC is Charles Square, Dereham Road, Norwich, NR2 4HY, just a short 5 mins walk. Norwich Train station is an 18 minute walk away (1EF, Station Approach, Norwich NR1).

If an event is cancelled or postponed we will announce online and endeavour to contact all ticket purchasers. It may not always be possible to contact customers individually if an event is cancelled at short notice.
