The venue and box office open at 7pm for evening events.
Online bookings can be made through our website or at www.ueaticketbookings.co.uk.
For online bookings we charge £1.00 per ticket. Please see UEA website for their charges.
For online bookings you won’t get a physical ticket, instead you will receive a confirmation email with a booking reference ID – please quote the reference ID on the doors at the event. We like to think green here at NAC so please write down your number or show us on your phone rather than printing your e-mail.

We charge a booking fee of £1.00 per transaction on all card bookings.
Card bookings made by phone will be held for collection on production of the payment card. Tickets can be collected from the front desk between the above stated hours or on the night of the event.
Outside events, such as festivals, on sale at NAC will be subject to different booking fees and you will be advised on this when purchasing tickets.
Electron cards are not accepted over the phone.
For online bookings we charge £1.00 per ticket. For card sales over the telephone or in person at our box office we charge £1.00 per transaction. Please see UEA website for their charges.
This is to cover essential admin fees associated with running a Box Office – including bank charges, staff, our ticketing system and building overheads. They also enable us to keep our ticket prices as low as we can for you.
Concessions are indicated where available. We offer concessions to children under the age of 16, adults aged 60 or over, students in full-time education, Go For Less card holders, those on Income Support and registered disabled. Proof of status must be shown when booking or collecting tickets.
Wheelchair users and visually impaired customers are entitled to one complimentary ticket for an escort.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under 3 years may attend family events for free if no seat is required.
Book 10 tickets for one show and receive 1 Complimentary ticket free. Offered on theatre, performance and comedy shows only. Subject to availability.
Norwich Arts Centre regrets that it is unable to refund tickets unless the performance is postponed or cancelled.
PAY WHAT YOU CAN(PWYC)
To book PWYC tickets click on the BUY TICKETS button on the show page and choose from the list of payment options. Prices start at £2 and range to £10.
SEATING / STANDING
All events listed in our brochure are standing unless indicated otherwise, and therefore no seating will be available in the auditorium.
Seated events operate on a first-come-first-served basis. When a seated event sells out standing tickets will be added at the same price.
Please book early and arrive early to avoid disappointment. Auditorium doors open 15 minutes prior to the advertised start time, however you are welcome to enjoy a pre-show drink from 7pm in the Café Bar.
The auditorium, bar, gallery and darkroom are fully accessible.There are disabled toilet facilities with a baby changing unit.
The auditorium has an Induction Loop.

If an event is cancelled or postponed we will announce online and endeavour to contact all ticket purchasers. It may not always be possible to contact customers individually if an event is cancelled at short notice.
