If we do not receive enough bookings the course will be cancelled a few days before it is due to start, and your money will be refunded. Refunds cannot otherwise be given unless the course has a waiting list and your place can be filled.

We charge £1.00 for this service.  Tickets purchased less than 7 days prior to an event will be held at the door ready for collection.

REFUNDS

Norwich Arts Centre regrets that it is unable to refund tickets unless the performance is postponed or cancelled.
However, for sold-out events we may be able to offer refunds on returned tickets if we are able to sell the ticket on.

SEATING / STANDING

All events listed on our website and in our brochure are standing unless indicated otherwise, and therefore no seating will be available in the auditorium.
Seated events operate on a first-come-first-served basis. When a seated event sells out standing tickets will be added at the same price.

Please book early and arrive early to avoid disappointment. Auditorium doors usually open 15 minutes prior to the advertised start time, however you are welcome to enjoy a pre-show drink in the Café Bar beforehand.

ACCESS

The auditorium, darkrooms and multi-media department are easily accessible. The café bar and gallery is accessible and there are disabled toilet facilities, although we regret that half the exhibition space is not accessible to people in wheelchairs. The auditorium has an Induction Loop. Norwich Arts Centre has baby changing facilities. Please call us if you wish to discuss any other access requirements.
