The Undies were formed 3 years ago at our “Under 1 Riff” music sessions. A mix of music tastes and ages has produced a great eclectic band, playing tunes from hip hop to rock. After playing various local shows and busking in the city this is their long awaited first release. “Stomach full of emptiness” is a collaboration from each member of the band talking about their very real experiences of homelessness. “Looking at you” was written by Jo about her daughter, a more personal reflection with a positive message. The Undies are: Chris MC/vocals Jo vocals, Graham Bass/vocals Clayton lead guitar/vocals Dave Guitar/vocals Micheal cajon/vocals Carl Trombone Tom Keys/Drums and Sue vocals/Drums.

Front man of the Punkfolkers, Anto Morra is a seasoned solo performer. Having spent his formative years in London, he was lucky enough to catch the second wave of Punk and was able to experience the excitement and development of the movement, and it had a lasting effect. As his musical taste broadened he felt the connection between the Protest Songs of Folk and Punk, and coming from an Irish background, he has always had a rebel heart combined with a pure hedonistic humour. His self taught rhythmic guitar style and ability to write song lyrics that audiences connect with, has kept him busy and brought critical acclaim. Fun is the most important aspect of his performance as he truly believes that if he’s having fun, those watching will too!

The Norwich-based multi-instrumentalist follows up his acclaimed 2014 debut solo album, Grounded, with this sparkling second release – ‘The Endless Shipwreck’, which is already making waves and earning him rave reviews.
Described by critics as ‘provocative’, ‘thought-provoking’ and ‘heartfelt’, both in his well-crafted melodies and his profound lyrics.
Matt Watson is going from strength to strength on the local music scene. An energetic, engaging performer, he is finding himself in increasing demand for live appearances, where he mixes his own self-penned, original material with the odd cover version or two!
This Norwich based producer draws upon his eclectic taste in music from Electronica, Dub, Ambient , Hip Hop, Funk, Reggae and film scores. SkinnyBoy has released his first EP, Helix on Bandcamp. Other tracks can be found on Soundcloud.
“I am so happy to donate a track to the Under One Roof C.D. If by doing so it helps a great organisation like St Martin’s Housing and Under One Roof to continue with their great work to help others learn new skills or rebuild their lives then it really is the least I can do”

Little Red Kings
A vision of alternative roots rock brought the five band members together and with a powerful live show they haven’t looked back. Their music combines a gritty roots quality, reminiscent of British classic blues rock bands of the 70’s, with strong melodies and elements of modern alternative rock.

Falling From Trees
A female-fronted rock band based in Norwich. Formed in late 2013 by two brothers and a sister, the band began life as an acoustic three-piece earning a reputation for their melodic song writing and pitch perfect vocal harmonies. Between frequent live performances, they went on to release two EPs under this formation including “On and On” (2015) and “Words” (2016), the latter of which received a glowing review from FATEA Magazine who described the title track as a “folk anthem”. In 2017, the band expanded to incorporate bass and drums prompting their evolution into a fully-fledged rock band. Falling From Trees’ debut full band single, “Dirty Footprints”, followed later that year showcasing their new dynamic rhythm and blues sound. Their next EP, “Sleepless Nights”, is released on June 1st 2018 and will be followed by a string of festival appearances including Homegrown Festival, Harlequin Fayre and Trunchonbury 2018.
