Polly Cruse is a Norwich based artist. Her work focuses on the everyday and the relationships between the intangible and the material. This current work is centred on the role of found objects, gifts and memorabilia in the making of a home.
‘Still Lives’ is an exhibition of photographs depicting commonplace objects and ornaments in classical still life compositions to emphasise their importance within a personal and private space and to give them status as objects of art.
