With a focus on the tensions between historical production methods and contemporary innovations in design & manufacturing, New Industrial Space presented selected works from Naismith’s residency at Hethel Engineering Centre from 2010. With interests that include industrial and machine architectures the work examines the shift towards a knowledge based economy in the UK.
