Dear Claire,
We make every effort at Norwich Arts Centre to contact every customer that booked through us either by telephone or e-mail. If you purchased your tickets through UEA all customers were notified by phone and e-mail as well.
We were notified of the postponed event at 10am on Friday morning and posted on our website, twitter and Facebook as soon as we were aware and spent the day calling all of our customers.
We apologise that the information didn’t filter through to you and hope you are able to make the re-scheduled date on Sunday 25 March. If you’re not able to then all tickets are refundable as well as booking fees. Please contact the NAC box office on 01603 660352 for refunds.

Very disappointed by the lack of information issued regarding the re-scheduling of Django Django. We’ve always supported the Arts Centre and try come to as many performances as possible but on this occasion feel thoroughly let down and disappointed by the lack of customer consideration you’ve shown.

It’s bad enough that you charge a booking fee for seemingly doing nothing and then can’t make the effort to send out an email informing of the cancellation. In an age where we have email access on our phones it wouldn’t have mattered how late the notification came out. If you’re to continue charging a booking fee you need to do something to earn it!

Hello,

I have been to a few shows at the Norwich Arts Centre, including most recently ‘John Peel’s Shed’.

I just wanted to write to say how glad I am that there is somewhere like the Arts Centre and how fantastic it is that you put on such great shows. It’s nice to see so much variety.

All the music/educational evenings/comedy performances I’ve been to at the NAC have made me glad to have moved to Norwich.

I hope it’s as rewarding a job for you to give these talented people a platform as it is to be part of the audience.

We have been in touch with the Guana Batz but nothing arranged yet. We will keep trying.

We hope to line up some psychobilly bands in 2012.

can you tell me if CRUMBS FOR COMFORT are PLAYING AT THE ARTS CENTRE. if so whats the date and entrance fee. thanks paul
